Author Guidelines
Submission
The manuscript is submitted to the Editorial Office online, with the following documents attached:
- Official statement from the organization where the work was performed, indicating that this material has not been published in other journals.
- Expert opinion of the organization on the possibility of open-access publication.
- License agreement (single author (download), multiple authors (download))
The journal accepts materials that have not previously been published or submitted to other journals. The submitted manuscripts are checked in the Antiplagiat system. Manuscripts should be written in accordance with the requirements of the journal.
Publication Order
- Manuscripts conforming to the scope of the journal are accepted.
- The Editorial office keeps a list of submitted papers. It provides the author with a confirmation on receipt of the manuscript.
- In case of noncompliance with the requirements for publication in the journal, a motivated refusal is sent to the author.
- All submitted articles are reviewed. The reviews are kept in the archive at the Editorial Office within 5 years. If necessary they are sent to Higher Attestation Commission (VAK), Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
- After decision of the Editorial Board to publish the manuscript, the author signs a license agreement.
- Manuscripts which receive a negative decision are not published and are returned to the author.
- The Editorial Board reserves the right to make changes which do not distort the contents of the manuscripts.
- The Publishing Editor submits a draft of the journal contents for approval to the Editorial Board.
- A decision about publication of the manuscript is made within two weeks from the date of receiving it. Terms of publication of the article does not exceed 6 months.
- The decision on publishing the article takes 10 days upon receiving a positive peer-review. The timeline for publication is 3 months.
- Hard copies of the journal are provided to the authors without any charge.
Formatting requirements

- A manuscript should be submitted in Microsoft Word (*.doc or *.docx file).
- A4 page format, margins: top and bottom – 2cm, left – 3cm, right – 1.5 cm.
- Font color: black, Times New Roman, font size 14, line spacing 1.5, indentation 1.25.
- The total length of a manuscript, including all illustrations (5 figures) and tables (1-3) is 7000 words (excluding the structured abstract and references).
2.1. General outline of the article:

2.2. The manuscript should correspond to the aims and scope of the journal. The structure of the manuscript (except reviews) should be presented as follows (without numbering): Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, References.
2.3. Reference list (no more than 25 citations) should contain (if possible) recent publications, with low amount of self-citation. Please include DOI to the references in the index format (if available). References should be indicated in square brackets. References list should be presented in the order of citing.
- About the author(-s). LAST NAME, First Name, Middle Name, Academic Degree, Title, Position, Faculty / Department, Institute, City, Country, ORCiD (https://orcid.org/...), ResearcherID: ..., Scopus Author ID: ..., e-mail: ... .
- Authors’ contribution. This part details the individual contributions of each co-author to the finished project.
- Conflict of interest. A real or potential, should be clearly indicated. If no conflict of interest exists, it should be stated as follows: "The author declares no conflict of interest" or "The authors declare no conflict of interest."
- Illustrations (colors – black-and-white, grey, shading) should be done in the form of separate graphic files in formats: TIFF, JРG, PDF, РNG, not less than 300 dpi. For vector graphics format requirements: СDR (CorelDRAW, version not higher than 18). Photos are presented in the form of scanned or digital images with resolution not less than 300 dpi. Original images are also acceptable. All figures and photos should have captions (no more than 5 figures).
- Tables should be presented in a book format and have size not more than a page including heading and notes, font size – not less than 9, no more than 3 tables. Scanned tables are not preferable.
- All abbreviations and symbols should be explained in the manuscript.
- Manuscripts should be signed by all authors (on the last page).
- Manuscripts which do not meet the requirements listed above are not accepted.
- Each article will have DOI assigned via CrossRef system.
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
The manuscripts are accepted if has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
The materials should be prepared in a format OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or World Perfect.
Internet links are provided as a complete URL.
Text should be typed with an interval of one and a half line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; to highlight the accents it is recommended to use italics rather than underlining (except Internet links). All images, graphics and tables are placed within the text according to the meaning of the particular part of text (and not at the end of the document).
Text should follow the stylistic and bibliography requirements as stated in Regulations located in the Part "About Us."
Please, remove the authors' names from the title of the article and other parts of the document to ensure the anonymity of reviewing.

Authors who publish with this journal agree to the following terms:

Privacy Statement
Specified when registering the names and addresses will be used solely for technical purposes of a contact with the Author or reviewers (editors) when preparing the article for publication. Private data will not be shared with other individuals and organizations.
