<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In this article we present the research results of a year-round accumulation dynamics of the metabolites in the needles of Scots pine (Pinus sylvestris L.) growing in Central Yakutia. Pine needles contain valuable bioactive substances effective for preventing and curing metabolic disorders in diabetes mellitus type 2 and the formation of other metabolic disorders associated with hypercholesterolemia. They also contain substances with cryoprotective properties. The highest content of antioxidants in the Pinus sylvestris L. (gallic acid, benzoic acid, aminobutyric acid) were observed in autumn. Moreover, the content of polyols, amino acids and carbohydrates increased in them during this period. Thus, we suppose it is rational to the use P. sylvestris needles gathered in autumn to produce biopreparations for normalizing carbohydrate metabolism or protecting skin from the effects of low temperatures.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>Pinus sylvestris</kwd><kwd>биопрепараты</kwd><kwd>противодиабетическое действие</kwd><kwd>холодовая защита</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>Pinus sylvestris</kwd><kwd>biopreparations</kwd><kwd>antidiabetic effect</kwd><kwd>frostbite protection</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><funding-statement xml:lang="ru">Работа выполнена в рамках госзадания Министерства науки и высшего образования РФ России по проекту «Физиолого-биохимические механизмы адаптации растений, животных, человека к условиям Арктики/Субарктики и разработка биопрепаратов на основе природного северного сырья, повышающих эффективность адаптационного процесса и уровень здоровья человека в экстремальных условиях среды» (тема № 0297-2021-0025, ЕГИСУ НИОКТР № АААА-А21-121012190035-9), НИР «Разработка и внедрение в практическое здравоохранение биогенных методов повышения уровня здоровья и адаптивного потенциала организма человека, его умственной и физической работоспособности в экстремальных условиях природной и социальной среды путем создания биопрепаратов из тканей северных экоформ растений и аборигенных видов животных. 2 этап» (Государственный контракт № 535) и с применением оборудования ЦКП ФИЦ «ЯНЦ СО РАН» (грант № 13.ЦКП.21.0016).</funding-statement><funding-statement xml:lang="en">This study was carried out within the State Assignment of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation (theme number 0297-2021-0025, reg. number АААА-А21-121012190035-9); the Research project “Development and implementation in practical health care of biogenic methods to improve health and adaptive capacity of the human body, its mental and physical performance in extreme conditions of natural and social environment by creating biopreparations from tissues of the northern ecoforms of plants and indigenous animal species.
